Our play sessions run seven days a week at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm for 90 minutes.

There are a limited number of spaces available at each session, so please book online well in advance to secure your spot.

Walk-ins are possible if the session is not already full, please message us on 0431 680 290 to check.

We close for a small amount of time in between each session to clean and reset the play areas, so please leave promptly when your session ends.

Some parking is available on site, or close by at the IGA or the Harvey Norman carpark.

We recommend 1 to 7 years old to be the ideal age range of our little guests. Older children are welcome if they are accompanying younger siblings (and play gently), plus we have a designated area for non-walkers too.

The weekend rate applies on public holidays.

Please be advised before booking, that all bookings are non-refundable. We can transfer a booking to another date if 48 hours or more notice is given. If it’s less than 48 hours, we can advertise the spaces and if they sell we can move your booking to a different date/time. Bookings can only be transferred within 6 months.

The Little Lane is a play café designed for young children, offering a fun, safe and interactive play environment alongside a high-quality café experience for parents and caregivers.
We also offer take-away drinks and yummy snacks from our cafe.
Our play area is primarily designed for children aged 0-7 years, however older siblings and friends are welcome to accompany them so long as they play gently (in order to ensure a safe space for the little ones).
We also have a separate play space especially for non-walkers.

We are open all week! Come and visit us during one of our four daily play sessions (at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm) Monday to Sunday.
At the end of each play session, we tidy and reset the play village so that all the special little details are back in place ready for the next session.

You can book a play session on our website via the ‘book now’ button. Simply select your preferred date and time, plus the number of tickets you require and then pay.
You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours, and you've checked your junk mail folder, please contact us.
Please note: before entering the play cafe you will need to complete and sign our online waiver form, which will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.

Parties & private hire

Each play session lasts for 90 minutes, giving you and your child plenty of time to explore and enjoy.
We ask that you please vacate the premises within 5 minutes of the session end-time, in order for us to prepare the play space ready for the next session to begin.
Additional sessions can be purchased but there is not a 'play all day' ticket option.
Yes, to ensure a comfortable and safe play environment, we have a maximum capacity per session. So book online in advance to secure your spot.
We kindly ask that you do not bring outside toys, in order to maintain hygiene and avoid misplaced personal items.
Yes, parents and caregivers must supervise their children at all times while inside The Little Lane.
Yes, we have a dedicated space for babies to enjoy safe play.
Socks! To help us to keep the space as clean and comfortable as possible, shoes must be removed and socks must be worn at all times within the play cafe (this applies to both adults and children). If you forget to bring them, we have socks available to purchase.

Play sessions & rules

Yes! Our café serves delicious coffee, matcha, speciality teas, creamy milkshakes, hot chocolate and soft drinks. We also serve a variety of snacks, including toasties, banana bread and cakes. Healthy, vegan and gluten free options are available.
You are welcome to bring baby food and bottles, and water bottles for older kids. Our onsite café offers a variety of yummy snack options for kids and adults.
With any food you bring, please be mindful and considerate of potential food allergies and ensure that any food consumed in the play cafe is only eaten in the designated seating areas and not taken into any of the play spaces.
Absolutely! We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and other allergen-friendly options. Please inform our staff of any allergies.
Yes, we have free parking available in marked spaces directly outside of the centre at Erina Plaza.
If these spaces are occupied, we suggest using other available spots in Erina Plaza, or the carpark at 216-220 The Entrance Road (conveniently just behind The Little Lane and next to the IGA and Chemist Warehouse, if you need a quick shop!).
Yes, we have clean and accessible baby-changing stations. We also supply wipes and nappies, should you be caught short.
Please ensure any toilet-training toddlers are taken to the bathroom on arrival and intermittently throughout the session, to try to avoid any little accidents on our carpeted space.
Yes, our venue is fully accessible for prams and wheelchairs.
Yes, you are welcome to breastfeed throughout the centre, plus we have designated comfortable chairs at the back of the seating area to allow you to breastfeed in (relative!) peace.

Facilities & amenities

We thoroughly clean and sanitise all of the play spaces daily, and also clean and tidy the play equipment between sessions to help maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
We ask that if you notice your child has put a play thing in their mouth, that you pop it in the marked box so that we can ensure individual items are thoroughly sanitised before being shared again with other children.
If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit to help keep our play space safe for everyone.
We will gladly reschedule your session, even if your child only appears unwell on the morning of your scheduled visit. Just send us an email at hello@thelittlelane.com.au and we’ll sort it :)
Yes, our team includes first aid-trained staff to assist in case of any minor injuries.
